Integrative Counselling means using the right resources to suit your needs, so rather than sticking to a single approach, I use different techniques in order to apply the strategy that works for you.
I use a confidential, non-judgemental and flexible approach to counselling to ensure help is here, no matter what is on your mind.
Short, free consultations are available to discuss working arrangements.
After an initial in-person meeting to ensure suitability, one to one, online or telephone counselling is available.
About Me
No two people are alike. Every therapeutic relationship must be suited to the needs and requirements of the person seeking help.
By focusing on your specific needs and situation, I work with you to help you find the strategies and process to empower you to move forward in a positive and productive way.
First we pinpoint what it is you want to change and look at what this will be like in real-life terms, then we work together to make these changes happen.
I have worked with people from a wide range of backgrounds in a variety of environments; in schools, colleges, charitable organisations and as a private practitioner.
As well as being a registered member of the BACP, I also teach counselling to future practitioners, outside of my own practice.
